• Lead and manage a high‑performing restaurant team, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality pizza delivery.
• Build and maintain a motivating, inclusive team culture focused on teamwork, respect, and dignity.
• Drive operational excellence in all areas, including inventory, food safety, and financial performance.
• Implement training and development programs, continuously improving skills for you and your team.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and workload for nights, weekends, and other busy shifts.

• Minimum 18 years old, GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Strong basic math and problem‑solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Positive attitude, passion for quality, business mindset, and ability to treat others with dignity and respect.
