As an Assistant Manager, you are the leader of the Scenthound pack! You’ll be responsible for driving membership sales, leading a team, and ensuring a world‑class customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves dogs, and is eager to grow.

• Drive membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness care.
• Lead, train, and mentor a high‑performing sales and service team.
• Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence.

• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) – average ticket price, rebook ratio, and retail sales.
