Cintas is seeking an Extruder Operator. The Extruder Operator sets up, operates and tends machine that extrudes and forms continous filaments from raw rubber. Adjusts speed, RPM and belt settings. Ensures proper settings for continual thickness of rubber. Keep 30 minute interval written log of length, width, and thickness of the rubber.

Typoical Duties:

• Working with a robot, conveyor lines and hot knife in extrusion process.
• Assuring base sheet meets propre length, width and gauge to exact specifications.
• General maintenance and upkeep of extruder, cleaning out, replacing air filters, etc.
• Work closely with Maintenance team and give helpful input on any problem(s) that may occur.
• Recycle out of spec base sheets "pigs" in a timely manner.

Required:

• Knowledge of machince operations.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Abillity to effectively communicate in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• Some manufacturing.
