Responsible for production schedules and the creation of production orders to meet delivery requirements. Maintains ATP Graphs and quotes lead times for custom assemblies that do not have ATP Graphs. Coordinates and balances workload between facilities.

• Create production orders to meet production schedules
• Quote lead time to CSRs on custom products or products that are not forecast by Sales Department
• Plan, schedule, and monitor materials through production
• Maintain ATP and balance work load between facilities to achieve the shortest possible manufacturing lead time, or to meet customer's requested delivery date
• Provide status of manufacturing to Sales, including updates related to potential past due orders
• Coordinate with the purchasing group to buy materials that are not on hand or in the supply chain to satisfy production requirements
• Attend sales operation meetings to provide input to forecast based on actual trends and analysis
• Perform analytical functions to support the materials group
• Maintain serial number log of Kohler Generator Shipment in order to activate warranty

• Associates Degree
• 4-6 years related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Well versed with MRP systems and able to understand all aspects of material transactions
• Ability to interface and communicate professionally with all levels of management, production, sales, engineering
• Ability to function in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

• Four-year college degree in business of associated field
• CPIM, CPM or APP certification
• Knowledge and use of Supply Chain Logistic concepts
• Prior SAP experience

• This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
