This hands-on, multi-year apprenticeship program is designed to develop the next generation of precision toolmakers and die specialists. Apprentices will gain deep experience in machining, blueprint reading, CAD/CAM software, die design, and maintenance, preparing them for high-impact roles in manufacturing.

This hands-on program offers structured training in machining, die design, and precision tooling setting you up for long-term success in the industry.

• Manual and CNC machining
• Blueprint reading and precision measurement
• CAD/CAM software basics
• Die building, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Safety and quality standards in manufacturing

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical coursework preferred)
• Strong interest in manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

• Paid, hands-on training with experienced mentors
