• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and production procedures.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor environments preferred.
• Experience handling large, heavy, or oversized materials is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic required.

• Ability to lift, move, carry, and reposition heavy industrial mats throughout the shift.
• Capable of standing and remaining physically active for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements required.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
• Ability to safely handle bulky materials and work around manufacturing equipment.

• Trim, finish, and inspect large industrial mats according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Assist with operating and supporting large press and trimming equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Move, position, and handle heavy mats throughout various stages of production.
• Perform quality checks to identify defects and ensure finished products meet company requirements.
• Maintain production efficiency while following all safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
• Complete additional production, material handling, and manufacturing tasks as assigned.
