Chiorino America in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Belt Fabricator Lead-Slitting to oversee daily slitting operations, ensure materials meet customer specs, and drive safe, efficient production. This hands-on leadership role combines working on the shop floor with coordinating a small team.
You will review orders, train staff, enforce PPE and lockout/tagout, manage workflow, maintain records, and collaborate with receiving, quality, and shipping to meet schedules and quality standards.
