Bilingual Brand Advocate

Overview

Drive the sellout at retail within a defined territory through partnership with a third-party in-store marketing team.

• Responsible for meeting and exceeding all sales and operational KPIs.
• Ensure that Hisense products are merchandised flawlessly within retail locations in order to maintain excellent brand representation.
• Follows directives that execute Hisense strategies at retail.
• Analyze data including sellout, inventory, merchandising compliance visit frequency, and feedback at the store level to optimize sku productivity and target attainment.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field.
• Must speak Mandarin and English fluently.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in in-store merchandising, retail management, or related roles, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
• Understanding of retail environments, including store layouts, customer journey, and visual merchandising principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with store management.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to travel extensively within the designated US territory.
