• Minimum 2+ years of proven industrial/technical sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in growing sales territories and exceeding targets.
• Strong technical curiosity and passion for learning new technologies.
• Ability to think creatively to solve customer challenges with innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical staff and executive-level decision makers.
