• Driven by a strong focus on customer service, with 2 to 5 years of proven success in inside sales or customer support within an industrial setting.
• Experience with valves, flow control, or related industrial products is highly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building abilities, with excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment, with solid computer literacy.
• Skilled in maintaining frequent and professional communication with a wide distribution network via calls and emails.
• Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and attentiveness when addressing customer needs.
• Able to interpret technical specifications and clearly communicate them both internally and externally.
• Prioritizes accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer literacy.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience with CRM and ERP/MRP systems is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and environments.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong documentation capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resides within 45 minutes of Suwannee, GA.
