We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to drive sales pipeline development for our robotics portfolio. This role is the primary focal point and owner of business development activities, responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with client needs and Mujin’s strategic goals.
Position Description- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline of opportunities for Mujin’s robotics solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business development, becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
- Proactively work with clients to identify business objectives, priorities, budgets, and critical success factors to shape customized strategies.
- Develop and implement a business development plan in line with Mujin’s strategy to achieve targeted revenue and growth.
- Understand and translate customer requirements into tailored Mujin solution opportunities.
- Prospect pre‑sales opportunities through inbound and outbound pipeline generation, with a strong emphasis on up‑market outbound development.
- Identify and qualify prospects, create call plans, and track progress in Salesforce.
- Conduct daily outbound sales calls (both cold and warm), schedule and lead appointments, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Prepare and deliver value‑driven sales pitches to nurture sales prospects.
- Partner with Marketing to create and execute campaigns, track leads, and nurture opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consultative selling.
- Strong client relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage sales pipelines with measurable results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex customer needs into solution‑oriented opportunities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and technical delivery teams.
- Experience preferably in robotics, automation, or technology solutions.
- Global business development experience.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, high‑value deals.
- Strong portfolio and program management background.
- Leadership experience in team and people management.
- Travel Requirement:
Less than 5% - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to work extended hours as required.
