The Role:

As a Senior Sales Representative at Alleviation, your role transcends typical sales objectives. You'll not only aim for sales excellence but also play a crucial role in guiding and educating our team. Initially focusing on establishing your sales record, you'll soon transition into a mentorship position, continuously maintaining your sales achievements to uphold our principle of leadership by example.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
  • Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
  • Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
  • Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
  • Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Has an active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
