Roofing sales experience is welcome, but it is not required. Training is available for candidates who are willing to learn, prospect consistently, and follow through with customers. This is a commission-only opportunity, so understanding the payment timeline is important: your first substantial commission payment may take approximately one to two months.

Mission Roofing Company is a growing, faith-driven roofing business serving the Atlanta area. Although the company is young, its leadership brings experience in roofing, insurance, and property damage work. Its culture emphasizes integrity, quality workmanship, accountability, and respectful service. Team members are welcome regardless of their personal religious beliefs. You will generate roofing opportunities through door-to-door outreach, inspect roofs and property damage, and help homeowners understand the next steps in the roofing process. You will stay involved from the initial conversation through contract signing and installation, working with the office team to keep customers informed. This role involves driving between neighborhoods and project sites, working outdoors, and climbing roofs. Most projects are local to the Atlanta area, although some travel may extend approximately two hours from Atlanta.

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and homeowner conversations.
• Perform roof and property inspections to identify and document potential weather-related damage.
• Photograph findings and enter accurate inspection reports into the company's CRM.
• Explain the roofing process and maintain clear communication with homeowners.
• Assist with claim-related paperwork and coordinate referrals to a public adjuster when appropriate.
• Attend insurance adjuster meetings when needed.
• Secure signed roofing contracts following insurance approval.
• Be present during roof installations to monitor quality and support the homeowner experience.
• Coordinate scheduling, customer updates, and reporting with office staff.

• Willingness to prospect door-to-door and work in a field-based sales role.
• Ability to climb and inspect roofs safely and work outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Your own reliable vehicle and the equipment needed for the work.
• Clear communication, dependable follow-through, and a willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel to customers and projects throughout the service area.

• Roofing sales, door-to-door sales, or insurance industry experience.
• English/Spanish bilingual communication skills.

• Commission-only compensation with uncapped earning potential.

• Company-provided paid leads: 10/30/70 commission split.
• Self-generated leads: 10/50/50 commission split, with an incentive to increase to 10/60/40 after reaching $1 million in revenue sold.
