Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments via air, ocean, ground, and parcel carriers.
• Partner with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and internal teams to keep products moving on schedule.
• Manage logistics data in ERP/WMS systems (MS Dynamics and Insight Works).
• Resolve overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) through detailed investigation and documentation.
• Monitor carrier performance, expedite urgent orders, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support claims, audits, and freight cost optimization efforts.
• Analyze performance metrics— from on-time delivery to cost per unit—and share actionable insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects in logistics, distribution, and vendor management.

• 3+ years of logistics coordination experience (domestic and international).
• Proven success working with carriers, suppliers, and 3PL partners.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and strong Excel reporting skills.
• Solid problem-solving ability with a tenacious, customer-first mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills— you thrive when juggling multiple priorities.
