TA Dedicated is hiring CDL-A Solo and Team Flex Drivers to join our dedicated division. This regional position involves delivering aftermarket automotive parts to dealerships. Flex drivers play a critical role by filling in when other drivers are out due to vacation, illness, or other needs. Depending on the assignment, you may run approximately 2,000 miles per week for solo routes or up to 4,000 miles per week on team runs.

This is a Monday through Friday position with consistent weekly home time.

Pay Range: $80,600 - $87,000 per year. We offer a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,550, a $500 new hire transition bonus (paid in full on the second paycheck), a $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred, and a $250 per day bonus for the two‑day paid orientation. • Minimum 21 years old.
• 12 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience and 3 months verifiable team experience in the last 3 years.
• Must be comfortable teaming.
• Must be able to perform tight backing maneuvers at dealerships.
• Valid CDL‑A, DOT qualified.
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test.
