Headquartered in Suwanee, GA, Pearlman Group is a multi‑channel developer and distributor of specialty supplies, tools, and equipment used in the fabrication, maintenance, cleaning, and restoration of surfaces for residential, commercial, and industrial end‑markets. The Company’s products include an extensive offering of proprietary, exclusive, and nationally branded products with over 18,000 SKUs across multiple price points and applications.

Warehouse associates are responsible for various job duties within the warehouse/distribution center. These duties include, but are not limited to, order picking, packing, and loading/unloading. Applicants must be able to work safely and productively within the warehouse environment and provide high‑quality service to our customers through safe, efficient, accurate storage and handling of inventory.

• Perform warehouse functions including order picking, packing, and loading/unloading.
• Pull a 50 lb cart throughout the warehouse.
• Locate products using technology (RF equipment).
• Read and interpret numbers and words from a pick ticket.
• Follow company procedures and policies to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company safety policy and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions for self and others.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
• Participate in keeping the facility maintained in a clean, neat and orderly fashion.
• Additional duties assigned by Lead or DC Managers.

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience working with forklifts and other MHE is preferred.
• Warehouse experience, particularly using RF equipment, is preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check.

• Must be able to perform any physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment, which may be non‑air conditioned or heated, meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates with the seasons.
• Utilize a computer and other tools for administrative support.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
• Lifting objects up to 50 pounds, on occasion.
• If certified, operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other machinery.
