The successful candidate will be passionate about science education and able to inspire students to develop a deep understanding of Chemistry through engaging lessons, practical investigations and real-world applications. work experience We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chemistry teacher with a strong commitment to high-quality teaching and learning. The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of different abilities. Experience teaching the British curriculum, particularly GCSE and A Level Chemistry, would be highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, reflective and committed to supporting students' academic progress, scientific curiosity and personal development.

- A degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
- A recognised teaching qualification, such as PGCE, QTS or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience teaching Chemistry at secondary level; experience with GCSE and A Level specifications is desirable.
- A strong understanding of practical science, laboratory safety and effective scientific investigation.
- The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and support students of varying abilities.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to professional development, collaborative working and high academic standards.
- A commitment to safeguarding, student wellbeing and inclusive educational practice.
