About the role
ABC Teachers are recruiting Primary supply Teachers across the Swadlincote area who are looking for flexibility in their working hours to join our supply register. Roles will involve day‑to‑day or part‑time supply starting from January 2026 and continuing throughout the academic year.
Responsibilities- Cover lessons across the primary age groups, with the option to select strongest areas to cover.
- Work on a day‑to‑day or part‑time basis as required.
- Provide high‑quality teaching and support to students and staff.
ABC Teachers work with a number of schools in and around the Swadlincote area who have a need for daily supply staff covering both absence and PPA cover.
Requirements- Have adaptable skills to cover in different environments.
- Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment; this is a compulsory part of registration.
- Be able to work well with others and build working relationships quickly with staff and students.
- Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the Update Service.
- Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
