The Role

As an Entry-Level Learning Support, you’ll be doing far more than assisting the teacher. You’ll be directly involved in creating an environment where children with additional needs feel included, encouraged, and ready to learn. And no day will be the same.

You’ll be...

* Supporting Learning:
Help set up lessons, organize activities, and assist pupils during therapy, cooking classes, and vocational training.

* Going Beyond the Classroom:
Join children on day trips, outdoor play, and forest school sessions – and sometimes even trips to the shop to build life skills.

* Creating Connections:
Be the person who knows what each child needs, what makes them smile, and how they learn best.
