Nursery Manager – Woodville Nursery School
Hours:
Full Time, Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week.
Salary:
Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications) and pro rata. Welcome Bonus: £1,000.

The TeamYou’ll be supported by an Operations Manager, Deputy Manager, Office Manager, Early Years Educators and an education coach to help with the delivery of the Storal curriculum.
How you’ll spend your time hereAs Nursery Manager you will be an intrinsic part of the Nursery’s success, ensuring the setting has the right team, culture, policies, and resources to deliver the highest possible standards of childcare and early years education.
You’ll offer solutions where you identify areas for improvement, whether that relates to learning and teaching techniques or creating more stimulating experiences and environments for the children and their educators. You will embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your care are achieved.
We’d love to talk to you if you have the following- A full and relevant Early Years Education qualification Level 3 or above, or equivalent.
- GCSE math's or equivalent.
- Experience in a managerial role, including nursery administration or similar.
- A strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Reflecting Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together, and experienced in providing staff training and support.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities (ideally within Early Years).
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
