The successful candidate will:
- have substantial experience of working with SEN children and the graduated approach
- have energy, passion, patience and creativity to enable children to achieve their full potential
- have experience of working with children who demonstrate demand avoidance
- be adaptable and have knowledge of working with children who have complex emotional need
- have a positive and forward-thinking approach to school life and the ability to work in a team
- have high expectations of themselves and others.
- be able to use initiative and work independently as well as under the direction of the class teacher
