All engineers must have their equipment calibrated at least once a year. We provide an engineer handbook, a contract for services, and branded clothing. Labels and technical support are supplied as well.

JR PAT Testing is an expanding PAT and compliance company seeking engineers to join our team in Baker Street. We offer flexible hours, allowing part‑time or full‑time self‑employed work.

Responsibilities include traveling to various sites (hospitals, retail outlets, etc.), performing portable appliance testing (PAT) on a range of electrical items, informing users of results, and completing accurate reports and certificates.

Typical days involve packing tools, traveling to multiple locations, conducting tests, and recording findings. The role requires organisation and attention to detail, ensuring all tests are accurate and efficient.

Requirements:
City & Guilds 2377 PAT qualification or equivalent, reliable, honest, a 'can‑do' attitude, and ownership of up‑to‑date testing equipment meeting regulatory standards.
