We are looking for Community Care Assistant 's in Swadlincote –Join Bradcare’s dedicated team!
Part-Time - Mornings 7am starts| Swadlincote Area | Full UK Driving Licence Required

About the RoleAs a Community Care Assistant
, no two days are the same. You will provide essential support to individuals with a variety of needs, helping them maintain independence while feeling safe, respected, and valued in their own homes.
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, personal hygiene)
- Supporting with meal preparation, shopping, and light household duties
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Prompting or administering medication in line with care plans
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes to the office / oncall
- Travelling between service users within the Swadlincote area (mileage paid)
Non-Qualified Carers
Weekdays: £12.65 per hour
Qualified Carers (Level 2+)
Weekdays: £13.10 per hour
Enhanced rates may apply depending on hours worked.
Pay Rates
A rewarding full-time role supporting people in your local community
35p per mile mileage allowance
£5 per month data allowance
Full in-house induction and training at our Swadlincote office
Shadow shifts and competency sign-off before lone working
Ongoing support from a friendly, professional team
Structured rota with consistent hours

Applicants must live locally to Swadlincote or within a reasonable commuting distance, as this is a community-based role.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential

Availability for part time hours
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — full training is provided.
