As First Fence continues to grow, we are investing in a dedicated Mobile Operations Support Team to help shape the future of our depot network.
This is not a traditional Depot Manager role.
Working directly with the Operations Director, you will play a key role in supporting, developing and improving operational performance across our national depot network.
You’ll work across multiple locations, providing leadership where it's needed most. This may include covering Depot Managers during periods of annual leave or absence, supporting underperforming depots, coaching managers, implementing new processes, improving stock control, carrying out operational health checks and leading business improvement initiatives.
This is a highly visible operational leadership role where you'll be expected to lead from the front, challenge standards where necessary and leave every depot stronger than you found it.
If you enjoy solving problems, developing people and making a genuine operational impact across multiple sites, this role offers significantly more variety and influence than managing a single depot.
