**** Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per week 52 weeks per year (
** 7:00am
-11:00am (10:30am on a Friday) - 2:30pm - 6:00pm)
** Grade 7, £26,832 - £28,146
** If the answer is yes, then we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Senior Premises Officer.

Main duties will include general maintenance and care of the premises, security, health and safety, daily cleaning/deep cleaning during school holidays and liaising with contractors. The successful candidate will have a good level of literacy and numeracy skills as accurate records need to be kept. Previous experience is not essential but the desire to learn is.
