Russell Taylor is seeking a Validation/Quality Assurance Specialist, Pharmaceutical to join their GMP team in Swadlincote. Salary £30,000–£34,000 per annum with company bonus; hours are 35 per week, Monday–Friday.
The role focuses on site validation activities across cleaning, computerized systems, equipment and processes, ensuring cGMP compliance and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree or relevant GMP validation experience.
