Sales Administrator | South Derbyshire The rewards:
- £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
- 6-month fixed-term contract with possibility to extend
- Monday to Friday, standard office hours
- Managing customer enquiries from quotation through to order placement
- Developing and maintaining accurate customer and market pricing information
- Preparing costings, proposals, and commercial quotations for service work, projects, and overhaul requirements
- Co‑ordinating the seamless transition of orders and projects to operational teams
- Processing customer orders using the company ERP system and monitoring progress through to completion
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal departments
- Supporting the wider sales function with commercial information including pricing, lead times, and cost analysis
- Building strong, long‑term customer relationships
- Organised and customer‑focused professional
- Experience managing orders and customer enquiries end‑to‑end
- Confident using ERP systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a busy sales team
