Our Step-up service is a small, supported accommodation service where we aim to give young adults the support and independence needed to thrive and continue into adult life. This role is based in hub, working with young adults who have not had the best start in life.

We are looking for a dedicated person to be responsible for Children in care, Care Leavers and other young adults aged 16 to 21 years old who are referred into our Young Persons Services. You will have the commitment to reach out, even to the most challenging young people.

This will be a lone working position, but you wouldnt be left alone till fully trained and a duty manager is available. Experience of working with young people is desirable but the ability to build rapport and encourage young people to make informed, good decisions is what is most important.
