Class 1 HGV driver

HGV Class 1 Driver  Measham   Source Co Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics operation in Measham and are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team.
We have opportunities available across  day and night shifts , offering competitive pay rates and regular work.

The Role  As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and collection of goods, ensuring all loads are transported securely and in line with company and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Driving an HGV Class 1 vehicle safely and professionally
Completing deliveries and collections as required
Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects
Ensuring all paperwork and delivery documentation is completed accurately
Adhering to drivers' hours, working time regulations and road safety requirements
Providing a professional and reliable service to customers
Pay & Shifts    Day

Shift:  £18.04 per hour, including holiday pay
Night

Shift:  £19.16 per hour, including holiday pay
Regular ongoing work available
Based in  Measham
About You  To be considered for this role, you will need:
A valid  HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Previous Class 1 driving experience
A strong understanding of drivers' hours and road transport regulations
A professional attitude and good communication skills
Reliability and a commitment to safe working practices
