Warehouse Operative
Employer: Lean Vision (Mach Recruitment is recruiting for several Warehouse Operatives to work in a large warehouse and distribution site in Swadlincote, DE11 0BB
).
Location: Tetron Point, 19 William Nadin Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0BB
Start: Immediate start
Experience: No experience needed / previous warehouse experience not needed
Shift: 06:00‑14:00 Monday‑Friday / 14:00‑22:00 Monday‑Friday
Type: Temp to perm / Contract
Pay: £12.62 / Lates £14.00 / Overtime up to £21.00
The Role- Picking and packing
- Loading, unloading, goods in and dispatch
- General housekeeping
- Start immediately and looking for long‑term work
- Previous warehouse experience not needed
- Able to work up to 7.5 hours per shift
- Will be able to travel to Swadlincote, DE11 0BB
- Excellent hourly rates
- Weekly pay
- Training given
- Temp to perm opportunity

- Various training on other MHE (LLOP, PPT, Reach Truck) opportunities for development in the warehouse
