Senior Accountant

There is potential for the successful candidate to progress into a Supervisor role, with headroom to develop into a Manager in the longer term. Ultimately, the purpose of this role is to support the Partners, with plenty of client contact.

• Preparing year‑end statutory accounts for a wide variety of clients.
• Completing VAT returns accurately and on time.
• Bookkeeping and assisting with the preparation of management accounts.
• Preparing personal and corporation tax returns.
• Liaising directly with clients to obtain accounting records and respond to day‑to‑day queries.
• Supporting senior members of the team with a range of accounting and advisory work.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering an excellent level of service.
