About

The Role

As Campus Administrator & Exams Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the campus and maintaining high standards of administration and organisation.

  • Providing administrative support to the Campus Principal and wider campus team.
  • Managing reception duties and acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate student and staff records.
  • Supporting the organisation of meetings, events and campus communications.
  • Processing correspondence, reports and documentation.
  • Coordinating all aspects of internal and external examinations in line with awarding body regulations.
  • Managing exam entries, timetables, seating plans and invigilation arrangements.
  • Ensuring examination materials are stored and handled securely.
  • Liaising with examination boards and maintaining compliance with JCQ regulations.
  • Supporting students and staff throughout examination periods.
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous administration experience, ideally within an educational environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
  • Can work independently while also contributing positively to a team.
  • Has the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Previous experience as an Exams Officer is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
