General Cover Teacher

Justteachers are looking for a General Cover Teacher in the Swaffham area, the role is on a long term supply basis and is set to start as soon as possible. This would be supporting a busy and lively secondary Academy. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a confident classroom practitioner who can deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a variety of subjects at secondary level
• Maintain a calm, positive, and well‑managed classroom environment
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task throughout lessons
• Follow school behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
• Confidence teaching across multiple subject areas
• Strong classroom management skills and adaptability
• Two education or school‑based references
