We are looking for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager with a specialism in dementia care to lead and shape a large Norfolk based nursing home owned by a well respected care provider.

This is more than a management role. It is an opportunity to create a home where residents truly live well, families feel absolute trust, and staff are proud of the care they deliver every single day.

As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, culture, quality, and performance of the home. You will be empowered to build a dementia service rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and innovation.

You will:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team
• Set and maintain outstanding standards of dementia care and person‑centred practice
• Create a warm, homely, and stimulating environment for residents living with dementia
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, with a clear ambition for Outstanding
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively without losing sight of care quality
• Champion continuous improvement and new approaches to dementia care

We are looking for a Registered Manager local to Downham Market who has a good track record of GOOD CQC reports.

You will bring:

• History of achieving GOOD CQC reports
