Panera Bread / PR Restaurants is looking for an experienced restaurant Assistant Manager to join our supportive team of café professionals. • Provide the highest-quality customer service to guests
• Demonstrate enthusiastic, comprehensive knowledge of menu items
• Collaborate as a key member of the management team and support other staff
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Set a positive example and maintain optimism for staff, employees, and guests

• Restaurant management experience required
• Multi-unit experience is preferred
• Steady employment history
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a diverse team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Physical requirements:
  
  stand for prolonged periods, walking, bending, stretching, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work various schedules/shifts (including nights and weekends)
