As an Eyewear Sales Stylist, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll be a trusted guide. From interpreting prescriptions and custom-fitting glasses to styling patients with frames that reflect their personality and lifestyle, you’ll deliver an extraordinary experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do- Provide a complete, personalized eyewear experience—helping patients select frames, lenses, and treatments that meet their needs and style.
- Perform pretests and assist patients through the full eye exam process, working directly with Technicians and Optometrists.
- Partner with Optometrists, Technicians, and Licensed Opticians to ensure accuracy in prescriptions and lens orders.
- Continuously engage with customers by sharing marketing materials, explaining products and services, and promoting special offers.
- Support and participate in outreach initiatives to connect with the community and drive patient engagement.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by offering outstanding service and earning referrals.
- Educate patients on eyewear care, contact lens use, and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest products, lens technology, and fashion trends.
- Assist with keeping the store organized, visually appealing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Optician or 2+ years of Sales experience (optical or retail sales strongly preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A natural salesperson with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using optical tools (pupilometer, PD stick, lensometer, etc.)—training available for the right candidate.
- Willingness to provide coverage and travel to nearby locations as needed.
- Be part of a company with a mission to make vision care accessible, personalized, and stylish.
- Work in a collaborative, supportive environment that values kindness, empathy, and teamwork.
- Opportunities to grow your career as we continue to expand.
- Competitive pay, product discounts, and performance incentives.
