Overview
Purbeck Personal Assistants are seeking a kind and caring individual to join and lead our team of carers based in Swanage Dorset.
Responsibilities- Role predominantly includes providing domiciliary care to our clients and also teaching and leading other carers in care delivery.
- Administrative duties such as scheduling, reviewing care plans, supervising employees and assisting the Registered Manager to complete Compliance checks to meet CQC Regulations.
This is a full time position requiring some weekend and some evening availability to work on a flexible schedule to meet the ongoing and changing needs of the business.
FlexibilityWe will happily consider two suitable part timers on a job share basis.
