Main duties of the jobAs a Care Assistant at the Agincare Homes Holdings in Swanage, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, medication support, meal assistance, and light cleaning tasks to the residents. You will also support the clients to live as independently as possible with their mobility and engage them in social activities.

What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
- 36 hours per week to include alternating weekends
- Days and nights currently available
A day in the life of a Care Assistant
- Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
- Personal care - supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
- Medication - Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
- Meals - Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
- Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks.
- Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
- Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
