We re looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Studland in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place. By bus, bike or car, to help you commute to our stunning location, we offer expenses for the ferry to and from work.

Hours/ working pattern: 1170 hours per year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
The working pattern will be Thursday - Saturday with additional hours available.
For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.
A full driving licence is required to be able to drive estate vehicles.
What it s like to work hereThe Studland Peninsula isone of the most biodiverse areas in the UK and is home to some of its rarest species, including all 6 British reptiles. The site’s wildlife rich habitats and stunning sandy beaches draw in over 1.5 million visitors each year, by land and by sea. As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Studland operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. Working with the Welcome Team you’ll be helping with maintenance of toilets, minor repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative) of beach huts, clearing access routes, upkeep of car parks and boat park and site presentation.
