This division has been set up in response to a significant increase in workload, and they are seeking an experienced professional to help get it off the ground.

Provide commercial oversight, including cost planning, risk management, and value engineering.
Ensure compliance with building safety regulations, with experience in cladding or façade systems highly desirable.
Liaise with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely project information.
Establish and develop processes for the new pre-construction division.
Support the handover to delivery teams, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-construction to site delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong background in pre-construction or project management within main contracting.
Excellent commercial knowledge and experience managing budgets, risk, and value engineering.
In-depth understanding of building safety regulations, ideally with cladding experience.
Proven ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Self-starter mindset, capable of contributing to the setup of a new division.
Salary & Benefits:
Circa £70,000–£75,000
Opportunity to play a leading role in a new and growing division
Exposure to high-profile projects
