jo .pro is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to be a visible point of contact for residents, coordinating communications through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days. You will ensure residents are kept informed about works processes and changes.
The role involves coordinating handovers, delivering high-quality aftercare, and balancing expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams to drive smooth project delivery.
