The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximizing machine efficiencies. This will be a reactive and a proactive maintenance role, working to and carrying out the monthly PPM work. The successful candidate will come from an electrical or mechanical engineering background, with a strong multi-skilled pedigree.

You will be expected to work on your own initiative and have fast moving manufacturing experience, with a good working knowledge of PPM systems. On a day to day basis, you will work on PLC systems, slicers, Multivac, weighers, labellers, conveyors, packaging machinery, motors, shafts, pumps, and mechanical equipment such as gearboxes, pumps, general mechanical work, and other manufacturing machinery.
