We're recruiting a Finance Manager to join our team providing financial management across a portfolio of renewable infrastructure projects. This is a high‑impact role where you'll operate as the equivalent of Finance Director at project level, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and Boards.

• Owning financial management, governance and statutory compliance for complex SPVs
• Leading covenant, debt, budgeting, forecasting and financial model management
• Presenting to and advising Boards, funders and senior stakeholders
• Managing audits, tax, cash flows and shareholder distributions
• Playing a key role in assessing and reporting the financial impact of commercial activity

• ACA or ACCA qualified (practice trained preferred)
• 4+ years post‑qualified experience
• Strong technical accounting and financial modelling skills
• Comfortable operating in a high‑governance, compliance‑driven environment
• Able to communicate confidently at senior and Board level
• Experience in infrastructure, PFI or asset management is beneficial but not essential — high‑calibre candidates from practice looking for a step into industry are strongly encouraged.
