Position: Interim Head of Reward and Payroll
Are you an experienced Interim Head of Payroll and Reward looking for your next long-term Interim contract? West Midlands base - 3 days on-site £90-100k  Benefits 12 Months FTC - Start ASAP As Interim Head of Payroll and Reward you will oversee Group-wide reward, payroll, pensions and benefits agenda. This will include leading on payroll transformation, developing reward frameworks, overseeing pay reviews and benefits programmes, and ensure strong governance, compliance and data-driven decision-making across the Group.

You will have:

Significant experience leading reward, payroll, pensions and benefits functions. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, reward governance and compliance. Experience delivering transformation, pay reviews and reward programmes. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders and Trade Unions. Strong analytical and commercial capability, with HRIS/payroll systems experience. This is an excellent opportunity to shape and modernise reward, payroll and benefits while driving strategic people outcomes across the Group.
