Permanent Ready to build a career where recruitment meets sales, strategy and executive search? We’re looking for an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This isn’t a role where you’ll simply be matching CVs to job descriptions. You’ll have the opportunity to develop across the full recruitment lifecycle, combining the pace and commercial focus of contingent recruitment with the research, market mapping and relationship-led approach of executive search .

You’ll learn how to win new business, build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, identify talent in competitive markets and understand the wider dynamics shaping your sector. What will you be doing?

Your role will be split across business development, recruitment delivery and executive search , giving you broad exposure from day one. Contingent Recruitment & Business Development Identify and develop new client relationships through targeted business development. Generate opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals and market activity. Build relationships with hiring managers and understand their recruitment requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking a brief through to offer and placement.

Source, assess and engage high-quality candidates. Develop your own client and candidate network within your specialist market. Negotiate offers and manage the process through to successful completion. Executive Search & Market Mapping Support and eventually lead executive search assignments across your market. Conduct detailed market research to understand organisations, teams and talent pools. Build market maps identifying relevant businesses, teams and senior professionals.

Identify and approach passive candidates who may not be actively considering a move. Develop competitor and talent intelligence to support client assignments. Research organisational structures, reporting lines and key decision-makers. Present market insights and candidate intelligence back to clients. Build long-term relationships with senior-level candidates and industry leaders. What we're looking for You don’t need previous recruitment experience. We’re looking for graduates with drive, curiosity and commercial ambition who want to build a career where their performance directly influences their progression and earning potential.

You’ll ideally have: A degree or equivalent qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence speaking to people at all levels. A genuine interest in business, people and how organisations operate. The resilience to pick up the phone, have conversations and create opportunities. A competitive and commercially minded attitude. Strong research and analytical skills. The ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
