If you enjoy building relationships, navigating employee relations matters, and making a genuine difference to both people and organisational success, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing No two days are the same in this varied and rewarding role. You'll:
· Partner with managers across the business, providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of people matters.
· Lead and support employee relations cases, including conduct, capability, absence management, grievances and conflict resolution.
· Coach and empower managers to confidently manage performance, attendance and wellbeing conversations.
· Provide practical advice on HR policies, employment legislation and people-related risk.
· Support organisational change activities, restructures and workforce planning initiatives.
· Analyse people data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
· Produce high-quality HR documentation and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
· Work closely with colleagues across People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to deliver a seamless people experience.
· Contribute to exciting people projects and initiatives that support colleague engagement and organisational success.
· Help drive a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture within the People Team. What you'll bring We're looking for someone who combines HR expertise with great relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. You'll have:
· Previous experience in an HR Advisor, People Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
· Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing a range of cases independently.
· Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
· Experience coaching and supporting managers through people challenges.
· The ability to balance empathy with sound commercial judgement.
· Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to build credibility at all levels.
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
