The Role As a Sales Valuer, you will:
Conduct property valuations and market appraisals across the local area Win instructions and generate new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors Negotiate offers and support the sales process where required Work closely with buyers, vendors, mortgage advisors, and internal departments Deliver exceptional levels of customer service throughout the client journey Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch Sales Valuer Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential estate agency Proven track record as a Sales Valuer with experience winning instructions Strong business development and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused approach Professional, personable, and commercially aware Full UK Driving Licence Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly What's on Offer?
