Sales Representative/Telesales | £28,000 - £30,000 | Swanley, Kent (office-based)

My client is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This opportunity would suit a motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities and working towards sales targets. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their sales career within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to businesses to identify sales opportunities and key decision-makers
Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the wider sales team
Promote the company's services prospective customers
Build strong relationships with potential clients and identify their requirements
Follow structured sales processes and scripts, with full training provided
Work towards appointment, KPI and sales targets
Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates within systems
Skills & Experience

Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a positive and resilient attitude
Target-driven and motivated by achieving results and earning commission
Previous telesales, lead generation, appointment-setting or customer-facing experience would be advantageous
Competent IT user with good administrative skills
Package

£28,000 - £30,000 basic salary
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Full sales training and ongoing support
