Security Service Manager (Manage ISO and PD6662 Quality standards)

NACOSS Fire and Security company are offering £45–£60k + Tax Free Car/Tesla + Exc benefits + Quality Company near Swanley, Kent to manage admins, coordinators and engineers, with the main focus on quality standards adherence.

Apply if you have managed, coordinated, scheduled or organised Intruder Alarm Security Service Engineers (for an NSI/SSAIB company, please contact us for the role).

• To manage and lead Security, Intruder alarm, and Fire and Security service engineers.
• Stock and levels of spares.
• Minor works quotations.
• Service of intruder alarm, CCTV and access control.
• Follow up work reports and standards to NSI/NACOSS/PD6662/ISO
  9001.
• Check engineers’ performance.
• Subcontractors management.
• Check available workload (working with coordinators).
• Audits, assessments and reports.
• KPI’s and Training Matrix updating to see what learning needed/had.
• Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) reports.
• Electronic Security Intruder questions if you have technical ability.

• £45,000–£65,000 (dependent on experience and knowledge).
