THE OPPORTUNITY

Holland Construction Services is seeking a Project Director to lead multiple project teams responsible for the successful completion of complex construction projects. The projects range from $10-20M in revenue. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's growth during an exciting phase.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead multiple project teams to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Oversee project budgets and manage costs.
• Manage Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Participate in contract negotiations and debrief teams on final contract requirements.
• Follow up on new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships.
• Direct risk management controls and implementation.
• Identify manpower needs for market sectors and collaborate with leadership for planning.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• At least 10 years of experience managing construction projects for a General Contractor.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
